Conditions of Booking

• All accomodation is offered subject to availibility at time of receipt of deposit.
• Individual booking policy - Cancellation Policy 7 days.
• Group bookings 2 or more rooms – Cancellation Policy 14 days.
• We strongly recommend that guests take out travel / cancellation insurance.
• In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, whithout 7/14 days notice - and should the accomodation not be re-let, the total cost of the booking is due.
• If the deposit has been paid using a credit card authorised account number, then any payment due, owing to cancellation, will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor.
• Accounts must be settled in full on departure by Credit or Debit Card, Cash or Cheque supported by Cheque Guarantee up to the value of the card.
• Check in is from 3pm onwards.
• Guests are requested to vacate the rooms by 10:00am on the day of departure.
• For the comfort and benefit of our guests Ashmount is a strictly *non-smoking* establishment.
• You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by reserving a room.
