First Course
Veloute of mushroom soup, chive creme fraiche, truffle oil.
Chicken liver parfait, garlic crostini, red onion marmalade, herb salad.
Crisp pan seared mackerel fillet, sea salted vine tomatoes, wild rougette, whole grain mustard dressing.
Principal dishes
Roast sirloin of beef, duck fat roast potatoes, brocolli and cauliflower cheese, honey roast parsnips, carrot puree, red wine jus.
Pan-fried sea trout, lemon butter samphire, coccote potatoes, lobster bisque.
Wild mushroom and walnut ravioli, fennel cream sauce, sun dried tomato pesto and balsamic reduction.
Desserts
Caramelized blood orange, brown sugar parfait, toasted hazelnut sabayon.
Strawberries and patisserie cream, mille feuille, mint syrup.
Chocolate ganache tart, kirsch cherries, English clotted cream ice cream.
