No 21 was formally the chauffeurs and housekeepers cottage at the time of Dr McCracken.
We are pleased to be able to offer, after extensive refurbishment, the following stunning accommodation.
The Retreat at No 21
This is a luxury suite comprising of 4 poster style bed and squashy sofas. There is a gas log fire in the room and, when the weather calls for it, this is lit to greet guests on their arrival. The welcome is completed by home-made shortbread and a small decanter of delicious Sherry. Flat screen digital Tv's with freeview in the lounge and bathroom. The bathroom has state of the art double Whirlpool with music and mood lighting, and a power shower with adjustable body jets.
The retreat has its own private garden with furniture. Guests join us for breakfast at Ashmount or alternativley you may have continental breakfast delivered to your door!!

Housekeepers Room at No 21
This first floor room can be either a King-size double or a twin room. It has wonderful views of the garden and countryside beyond @ £70
This room is tastefully furnished, with colour TV, Cd player, radio alarm clock, tea & coffee making facilities. Sherry & biscuits on arrival. Fluffy towels, Sanctuary Spa toiletries, individual thermostatically controlled radiator. Private bathroom with bath and power shower over.
The cost is per room, per night including full Yorkshire breakfast.
If required an additional room on the same landing may be booked along side The Housekeepers room which will then accommodate a further 2 people.
The cost for 4 people £140.
